This beautiful home is in the works. With careful planning we have removed the foliage and plant growth, and built on an existing foundation. This set the groundwork for the framing structures to be erected, and covered by DuPont Tyvek Home wrap for insulation. We have opted to rescue some elements as in the staircase in refinished oak. New floating floors were laid out on special underlayment that will reduce noise and resonance. A moisture barrier was applied in the lower level to prevent any issues down the line for the long haul. We used a flooring provider that remanufactures floor boards from reclaimed or sustainably sourced materials. A custom design fireplace will be the centerpiece of the room, you can observe how it came together – executed as planned. At this time we are in the process of applying the roofing materials as well.
