This bathroom remodel started with a complete teardown. We discovered potentially hazardous materials that require remediation and proper disposal. The Project will encompass a radiant heated floor, motion sensing light fixtures as well as an indoor hot-tub with full glass enclosure. A careful modification of the pipework exiting the room will need to be performed without disturbing the residents below, which will be quite the feat.
